RELIC MOBILITY
 

Abby Relic is a former professional ballet dancer and discovered her passion for Pilates during her career in ballet. She spent over a decade performing with companies such as Pacific Northwest Ballet, Oregon Ballet Theatre, Ballet West, Cincinnati Ballet and Kansas City Ballet. She found that Pilates was a powerful tool for injury prevention, strength training, maintaining a lean aesthetic, and overall it improved her dancing by stabilizing every joint in the body.

Abby is Stott Pilates certified and received her training through the Bodycenter Studios in Seattle, WA. She teaches mat work, reformer work, and incorporates the cadillac, chair, barrels, and other various props for each workout.

Abby brings a unique blend of artistry and precision to her teaching. Her sessions focus on alignment, proper engagement of the core, and fluid movement inspired by her ballet roots. Abby is passionate about empowering her clients to fine tune their awareness of their own bodies. She tailors each session to the needs of the individual, helping them achieve their fitness goals while also fostering a setting that encourages the mind body connection.
